Your Place on a Family Membership
Somebody bought an Omnisio family membership and put your email address on it. The place is already attached to that address. There is nothing to redeem and nothing to type in: you install the app, sign in as yourself, and the membership is there.
1. What Has Happened
A family membership is one payment for several people. The person who paid entered each member's email address at checkout, and one of those addresses is yours. That is how we came to write to you, and that address is the only thing we hold about you — no name, no phone number, no postal address.
Your invitation email names the person who paid, if they wrote a name on the order. This page is identical for everybody who opens it, so it cannot name anyone.
2. What to Do — Two Steps
- Install Omnisio from the App Store. iPhone only — see §6 if you do not have one.
- Sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. That address is what the membership is attached to; any other address finds nothing. Email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google all work, as long as the account carries that address. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, the account carries Apple's relay address instead, and the place will not be found.
Nothing else. The membership appears on the account by itself the first time it is signed in to. There is no code to enter and no reason to come back to this page.
3. What the Place Is
- A full membership — the same one the person who paid has. It costs you nothing, and there is no point at which you are asked for a card.
- An Omnisio Band is included. You are not buying it separately and you are not renting it.
- Where the band goes depends on how the order was placed: either everything ships to the address on the order, or the app asks you for yours after you sign in. Your invitation email says which one applies to you. An address you give is never shown to the person who paid.
- The person who paid cannot see your data. Not your sleep, not your recovery, not your heart rate — nothing you record is visible to them. Paying for a membership does not come with a way to look at you. If you ever want to share a measurement with somebody, you switch that on yourself, one measurement at a time.
- If you never sign in, the membership starts on its own on the date your invitation email gives, and runs from there. Signing in early loses you nothing; waiting spends the year.
4. What This Page Is Not
This page carries nothing. No code in the address bar, no token, no one-time parameter, and no version of it that belongs to you rather than to everybody. Opening it grants no membership, and if you ignore the link entirely and open the app by hand you arrive in exactly the same place.
It also sells nothing. No price, no basket, no payment, no upgrade. Your place was created when the person who paid named your address; nothing you do here creates one, changes one, or takes one away.
5. If the Membership Does Not Appear
- You signed in with a different address. The commonest cause by a distance. Check the address the invitation was sent to, and check whether Apple gave your account a relay address instead.
- You already have an Omnisio membership. The place is not added on top of the one you have: nothing of yours is replaced, shortened or overwritten, and nothing is stacked behind it. The place is held rather than given, the person who paid sees on their own order that it is on hold, and they can point it at a different address or ask us about it. They are told nothing else about you.
- Your account declares an age under 16. Omnisio is for people aged 16 and over, so the place waits instead of being given. It is picked up by the same account later, with nothing to do in the meantime.
- Anything else: write to support@omnisio.app and tell us the address the invitation was sent to.
6. If You Do Not Have an iPhone
Omnisio runs on iPhone only. There is no Android version and no web app, and we are not publishing a date for one. A family place does not change that: the band cannot be set up, read or synchronised without the iOS app, so without an iPhone the membership is of no use to you. We would rather say that here than have you find it out after the year has started.
What to do instead: tell the person who paid, and tell them soon. As long as nobody has signed in to it, they can point the place at somebody else's address from their own order. Once the date in your invitation email passes, the year begins running with nobody in it.

If this is not your address, or you would rather we did not hold it at all, your invitation email carries a one-click link that deletes it immediately — no sign-in, no reply needed. Writing to dpo@omnisio.app does the same thing. What we do with your address, and on what legal basis, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
