How your day reads
Omnisio does not hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. It reads the night, weighs it against how you have actually been lately, and tells you what today is for — in a sentence, with the reason attached.
Recover, move easy, build, maintain, refuel or downshift. One of the six, chosen for today, with the reason it was chosen and a single thing to do about it. Not a to-do list — a decision that has already been made for you, which you are free to overrule.
Read against your own recent weeks, never against a stranger's average. On a night the band could not read honestly you get no score at all — and it tells you that, rather than printing a low one.
Stages, how broken it was, how long you were actually asleep, and how that sits against your own recent nights. Naps count. A night that cannot be read is reported as unread.
The load your day has actually put on you, updated as it happens, next to the room you had this morning. It describes cost. It is not evidence that a session was safe.
Your Bio-Age, the parts it is built from, and how fast it is moving. Marked as still settling while it is, and unmarked the moment it is not.
These are wellness readings for everyday life. They are not diagnoses, they do not detect illness, and none of them replaces the person looking after you.

What a face shows about how you are today is not a settled question, and we are not going to act as if it is. Omnisio Labs is where a measurement has to earn its place before it is allowed to say anything at all.
You hold the phone up for a few seconds when you wake. Everything it looks at is worked out on the phone itself; the picture is never stored and never sent anywhere. When the morning's captures do not agree with each other well enough, the honest output is that there is no reading — and that is exactly what you are shown.
Put a number on your appearance. No score, no grade, no percentage, no chart over time, no archive, no before and after. A product that grades your face on waking is a product that makes people feel worse every morning, and there is no version of this we would ship that does it.
It is not switched on in the app, and we are not naming a date. It has to clear conditions we wrote down for ourselves before we had any result — which is the part that costs something, because it removes the option of moving them afterwards. If it clears them, we will say so here. If it never does, we will say that here too.
A measurement that cannot carry a number does not get one. That holds for a thin night of data, and it holds for an entire feature of ours.
Nutrition
Food is the part of the day most trackers ask you to type in and most people stop typing in. So it starts with the camera.
Also in every membership
Outdoor and treadmill runs with a live map, pace, splits, audio cues and heart rate from the band. Every run carries a straight note about how much the distance can be trusted, and the calorie figure says which way it was arrived at.
A large guided exercise catalogue with a muscle map, and a plan for today that respects what your body actually has left. Twelve sports. Exercise names arrive in your language, not in English with a translation bolted on.
Guided breathing protocols and quiet non-sleep rest for when you need to come down. For relaxation, focus and sleep. Not treatment — nothing here claims to repair, heal or boost anything.
A sound library and a timer, for winding down at night or holding attention during the day. It keeps playing with the screen off.
Friends, teams and challenges. Sharing is off until you switch it on, one measurement at a time, and only a short fixed list can ever be shared. Another member reaches you as a name and a picture and nothing else.
Give it the real flight and you get a plan for the days around it — when to shift, when to sleep on the plane, and what to do with light at the other end.
This is the part of Omnisio that has been rebuilt the most, and nearly all of that work went into deciding what not to show. Cycle tracking with dates you logged yourself. A Body Lab that quietly removes what is not appropriate this trimester rather than warning you about it afterwards. And, after a birth, a deliberate silence where the verdict would be.
Six days after giving birth, a score that compares you with your former self is not a weak reading of your recovery — it is a reading of how far you are from someone else. So Omnisio stops showing the verdict and keeps showing you everything it measures. All of this is in every membership. None of it is an upsell.
The device
The Band is included with every membership and is not sold separately. The Ring is a different product and is not for sale.
Worn on the wrist, day and night, and read in the app. What it measures:
Water resistant to IP68. Several days of battery with the sensors running. Skin temperature is a wrist reading, not a core temperature and not a fever reading.
Your band keeps working for as long as your membership does. If it stops, we replace it and pay the shipping both ways — one free replacement in every twelve months, on top of your legal rights over a faulty device.

For clubs and teams
Omnisio Team is a separate product for clubs, gyms and practitioners. The athlete keeps the app they already use, in their own language; the club gets the readiness, load and recovery picture behind it, an attention list of who needs a look today, and the reporting that goes with running a squad. Scope, data residency and pricing are agreed per organisation.

Privacy & trust
Morning Calibration works out everything it needs on the device itself. Your photograph is never stored and never sent to us. And it is not switched on at all until it has earned its place.
They are the only place anything leaves for an outside service, and they do nothing until you have agreed to it — separately, in plain words, and reversibly. What goes is a photo of a meal, or a summary of your readings without your name, your email address or your location. Nothing you record is used to train anything.
Primary data centres in Türkiye and the European Union. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Every cross-border transfer, and the legal basis for it, is written out in the Privacy Policy rather than summarised into comfort.
Export everything you have, or delete the account, from inside the app, on either membership. The export is never trimmed to your tier — the membership limits how far back the app looks, not what you own. What deletion removes, and the little that legally survives it, is itemised on our Data Deletion page.

An annual membership, and the band that goes with it. The band is not a bundle, an add-on or an accessory sold alongside — it is part of the membership, it is not sold separately, and there is no separate charge for it.
So: the band, the app that reads it, and device replacement for as long as your membership runs. Both memberships include the band. What differs between them is what the app does with the readings, never the hardware.
Delivery is included in the price you see. Your order ships from a warehouse in your own country instead of crossing a border to reach you — which is why we can say the rest of this plainly rather than hopefully: there is no customs charge and no import duty for you to pay. Where any is due, it is ours.
We ship worldwide and open country by country. Whether yours is open today is confirmed before an order is formed; the European Union is closed until the product registrations required there are complete. Two countries are excluded outright, Iran and North Korea, and those are sanctions rather than preference.
What we are not going to give you is a delivery date. We would be guessing at it, and a date we missed would cost you more than not having one does.

The Android app is coming to Google Play. It is not published yet, so there is nothing to download there — and we are not putting a date on it, because we do not have one we could keep, and a date we missed would be worse for you than this answer is. Please check this before you buy. It is the one requirement that cannot be worked around afterwards, and we would rather lose the sale here than have you find out in week two.
Some of it, the first night. Heart rate, sleep and its stages, steps, blood oxygen and skin temperature start recording as soon as the band is paired, and they are there the next morning.
What takes longer is anything that measures you against yourself. Those readings need a stretch of your own nights before they mean anything, and until they have it the app says on screen that it is still calibrating — rather than showing you a number it cannot stand behind. None of those gaps is filled with a placeholder.
The same rule applies afterwards: on a day the readings are too thin to score honestly, you get no score for that day rather than a low one. That is the design, and it is the reason the numbers you do get are worth reading.
You can end the membership whenever you want, without giving a reason and without a cancellation fee. Where you do it depends on who took the payment — if you bought from us, an email to support@omnisio.app is enough. We act on it within 7 days and confirm in writing.
Then you choose how the device is settled. Send it back — we arrange the return and we pay for it — and the unused part of the year comes back to you in full, with nothing deducted. Or keep it: we tell you the device's settlement value in writing first, set that amount against your refund and pay you the rest. The settlement can never be larger than the refund, so ending a membership never leaves you owing Omnisio anything.
If you simply let the year run out and do not renew, there is nothing to settle at all: you paid for that year in full, and the device is yours. Inside the first 14 days it is simpler still — that is withdrawal, the device goes back at our cost and you get back everything you paid, delivery included. Full text: §5 and §6 of the Terms.
No, and no. Omnisio is a wellness product for general lifestyle use. Neither the app nor the devices used with it hold FDA, CE-MDR or TITCK medical device clearance, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. That is not small print at the bottom of the page; it is a boundary the product is built inside.
Recovery, HRV, sleep stages and Bio-Age are estimates from consumer-grade sensors, not medical measurements. Omnisio does not screen for heart-rhythm problems, does not measure blood pressure, does not detect breathing disorders in sleep, and will never name a supplement or a dose. When a reading sits outside the ordinary range, the only thing the app is allowed to do is say so plainly and point you to a physician — and that is what it does.
Then bring the history with you. Omnisio reads the official export files from WHOOP, Oura, Garmin and Apple Health. They are read on your own phone, every value traces back to a row in your file, and where your old device recorded nothing, Omnisio records nothing — an import is never smoothed or gap-filled to look complete. One control removes all of it again if you change your mind.
We are not going to characterise someone else's product; their own site is the place for that. What we will say about ours is this: on the days our numbers would be a guess, we do not print them. And the whole app, not a translated subset of it, is written in English, Turkish, Russian and Spanish.
We do not sell it. We do not rent it. None of it is used for advertising and none of it goes into a marketing profile.
This website sets no cookies at all: no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tracker on any page. What it keeps in your browser is the language you picked and, in the shop and only once you have put something in it, your basket. Neither identifies you and neither goes anywhere — which is why you have never been asked to accept anything here.
Inside the app, the AI features are the only place anything leaves for an outside service, and they stay off until you turn them on: a photo of a meal, or a summary of your readings with no name, no email address and no identity attached. Nothing you record is used to train anything.
