Youth grouped by how developed they are
Two fifteen-year-olds can be two years apart in development. The academy can be grouped by that rather than by the year on a birth certificate.
Women's squads, first-class
Women's health is part of the product rather than a section added to it: cycle phase only where the athlete has given her own consent, iron and bone health kept in view, and the screening flow run by the club's medical staff. None of it is visible to somebody without a clinical role, and consent can be withdrawn without asking anyone.
Your club's own language
A Russian club opens the panel in Russian and a Turkish club in Turkish, down to the wording on the alerts. The next language is a configuration rather than a release.

Where the data lives
Every club carries a data region of its own. Turkish clubs under KVKK, Russian clubs under 152-FZ, EU clubs under GDPR — decided when the club is set up, not argued about afterwards.
Two doors, not one
Clinical notes are role-gated and encrypted where they are stored. A raw copy of the database gives up nothing, and the role gate closes before the record is read rather than after.
Every clinical read is written down
Access to a clinical record is recorded in a chain that shows whether an entry was altered after the fact. Emergency access exists because it has to, requires a reason, and is logged like everything else.
