Omnisio Team · training load

Training load management. The week you planned, next to the week you got.

Almost every squad plans its week. Far fewer can say, on the Friday, what the week actually turned into — which session ran long, who did half of it, and where the plan quietly stopped describing reality.

Load planning in Omnisio Team is that comparison, kept live: plan the week, record what was actually done, and see the gap between the two while it is still a gap rather than an injury.

The plan is not the problem. The drift away from it is.

A week goes wrong slowly. A session overruns, two players are pulled out of the second half of it, a travel day eats a recovery slot, and none of that is written down anywhere the next decision can see it.

So the platform keeps both objects side by side: what you intended, and what was recorded as done. The value is not the plan and it is not the log. It is the distance between them, seen early enough to matter.

That distance is a description of what happened. It is not a guarantee that a session was safe, and it is not offered as one.

Each sport carries its own load planning.

Football, basketball, volleyball and past them. Each sport carries its own load planning, its own drills and its own return-to-play stages rather than a football template with the names changed.

That matters most at the edges: the sports a general system treats as a special case are exactly the ones whose weeks look nothing like a football week. Nutrition and training are assigned per athlete and per sport, and are read inside the athlete's own app.

The kit your squad already wears.

GPS vests, wearables and lab work arrive in one shape whoever they came from, and stay yours. No rip-and-replace, and no club tied to one supplier.

Nothing here asks a club to buy new hardware in order to plan a week. What the squad already wears is what feeds the plan.

The list of what the panel takes in, and the honest limits of it, are on the wearables and GPS page — including what we do not claim about any particular supplier.

The academy loads by development, not by birthday.

Two fifteen-year-olds can be two years apart in development. The academy can be grouped by that rather than by the year on a birth certificate.

A load plan written for an age group is a load plan written for an average that describes none of them. Grouping by development is the difference between planning for a category and planning for the people in front of you.

The week includes where you are playing it.

Heat, humidity, cold and altitude at the venue turn into concrete hydration, fuelling and recovery actions for that day, rather than a warning nobody acts on.

A hot away fixture is a load event before it is a match, and planning the week without it is planning a different week.

When something moves, the panel says what and why.

Each watchlist entry names what moved, what it points at and what to do about it — ranked by how much it matters, and every one of them auditable afterwards.

There is no “the software predicts an injury” in this product. A load figure that changed is a fact about the week; what to do about it is a judgement, and the judgement stays with the staff who have to make it.

Alongside that, the return-to-play board carries an athlete stage by stage from injured to available, with the condition for leaving each stage written down before anyone is under pressure.

Who plans it, and who gets to see it.

Performance staff plan and record. Coaches read the readiness view and the watchlist. Directors get the same squad summarised for the people who do not open the panel daily. Squad admin says who is on the panel, in which role, and what the club is paying for.

Health and risk modules sit behind their own door. A coach without a medical role sees that a record exists and nothing that is inside it, every read of one is written into a chain that shows whether an entry was altered afterwards, and each club carries a data region of its own under KVKK, 152-FZ or GDPR.

What this is not

It is not a promise that a planned week is a safe week, and it is not an injury forecast. It is a comparison between what you intended and what happened, put somewhere a person can act on it.

Omnisio is a wellness product for general lifestyle use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and neither the app nor the devices used with it hold FDA, CE-MDR or TITCK medical device clearance. The readings on the athlete's side are estimates derived from consumer-grade sensors and are not equivalent to medical-grade measurements.

You will also not find a window, a threshold or a technique named anywhere on this page. What a club gets is what we sell. How it is produced is not something we publish, here or anywhere else.

Questions

What does load planning actually give us that a training document does not?

The plan and the record of what was done, side by side, with the gap between them visible while it is still a gap rather than an injury.

It also travels: assignments made in the plan appear inside the athlete's own app, and the squad-level picture stays in one place instead of being rebuilt every Friday.

Does every sport get the same load plan?

No. Each sport carries its own load planning, its own drills and its own return-to-play stages, rather than a football template with the names changed. The academy can also be grouped by how developed players are rather than by the year on a birth certificate.

Do we have to buy new hardware for this?

No. GPS vests, wearables and lab work arrive in one shape whoever they came from, and they stay yours. There is no rip-and-replace and no club tied to one supplier.

Will it tell us a session was too much?

It will show you what moved, what it points at and what to do about it, ranked by how much it matters and auditable afterwards. It does not predict injuries and it does not certify that a session was safe — that judgement belongs to your staff.

How do we try it on our own week?
