Omnisio Team · football

Football. From the first team down to the academy.

A football week is not a calendar. It is a small number of decisions taken early in the morning, mostly with incomplete information: who trains fully, who is held back, what the session becomes now that two players are not what they were on Friday.

Omnisio Team puts those decisions in one place — for the first team, the academy and the women's squad, in your crest, your colours and your language.

The week is decided before anyone reaches the pitch.

By the time the squad is out on the grass, the useful part of the decision is already behind you. Whoever runs the session needs the picture at breakfast, not at the debrief.

So the panel opens on the squad. Where every player stands this morning, ordered so the ones who moved are at the top — open one and you see what changed and what it means for today's session.

Outcomes rather than dashboards. Where everyone stands, who needs a look and why, and one place to decide what happens next.

A watchlist that names the reason, not a prediction.

There is no “the software predicts an injury” in this product. Each entry names what moved, what it points at and what to do about it — ranked by how much it matters, and every one of them auditable afterwards.

That is deliberate. A football staff room will test a flag the first week, argue with it the second, and stop opening it the third if it cannot say why it is there. The reason travels with the entry so the conversation can be had at all.

The week you planned, next to the week you got.

Plan the week, record what was actually done, and see the gap between the two while it is still a gap rather than an injury.

Football carries its own load planning, its own drills and its own return-to-play stages — not a template borrowed from another sport with the names changed. The same is true the other way: basketball and volleyball squads on the same platform get theirs.

Nutrition and training are set per athlete and per sport, and they are read inside the player's own app.

Match day and where you are playing it.

Heat, humidity, cold and altitude at the venue turn into concrete hydration, fuelling and recovery actions for that day, rather than a warning nobody acts on.

An away fixture at altitude is not a note in a preview document; it is a different plan for the squad that travels. The point is that it arrives as instructions somebody can hand out, in the language the club works in.

Return to play, written down before the pressure arrives.

A board carries a player stage by stage from injured to available, with the condition for leaving each stage written down before anyone is under pressure.

The order there is the whole point. A criterion agreed in a quiet week is a different object from one negotiated on the Thursday before a derby, and only one of the two protects the person making the call.

The academy, and the women's squad, on the same platform.

Two fifteen-year-olds can be two years apart in development. The academy can be grouped by that rather than by the year on a birth certificate.

Women's health is part of the product rather than a section added to it: cycle phase only where the athlete has given her own consent, iron and bone health kept in view, and the screening flow run by the club's medical staff. None of it is visible to somebody without a medical role, and consent can be withdrawn without asking anyone.

Health and risk, sport psychology and safeguarding sit behind their own door, each in the club's own language. A coach without a medical role sees that a record exists and nothing that is inside it, and every read of one is logged.

Federation exports and the boardroom.

TFF, RFPL or a generic file, produced from what is already in the panel. Nothing is re-entered into a second system to satisfy a form.

Alongside it, the same squad summarised for the people who do not open the panel daily, and squad admin that says who is on the panel, in which role, and what the club is paying for.

Every club carries a data region of its own — Turkish clubs under KVKK, Russian clubs under 152-FZ, EU clubs under GDPR — decided when the club is set up, not argued about afterwards.

What this page is not claiming

Omnisio Team is not football-only software, and this page is not the argument that it is. It is the same platform that runs basketball, volleyball and past them, from the senior squad down to the academy, and beyond clubs entirely — gyms, multi-site chains and companies.

Nothing here is a federation approval, a certification or a partnership. What the site says, and all it says, is that a TFF, RFPL or generic file is produced from what is already in the panel.

Omnisio is a wellness product for general lifestyle use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and neither the app nor the devices used with it hold FDA, CE-MDR or TITCK medical device clearance. The readings on the player's side are estimates derived from consumer-grade sensors and are not equivalent to medical-grade measurements.

And what this page does not tell you is how any figure in the panel is arrived at. That is not an omission we intend to correct.

Questions

Does this work for an academy as well as a first team?

Yes, on the same platform. The academy can be grouped by how developed players are rather than by the year on a birth certificate, because two fifteen-year-olds can be two years apart in development.

Each squad keeps its own load planning, its own drills and its own return-to-play stages.

Do the players have to use a separate club app?

No. They keep the Omnisio app they already open every morning. Training, nutrition, goals and recovery targets assigned by your staff appear inside that app as a Club section wearing your crest, your colours and your language.

Does it produce what the federation asks for?

It produces a TFF, RFPL or generic file from what is already in the panel. That is a file assembled out of the data your staff have already entered, rather than a second system to re-key it into.

It is not a federation approval or certification, and nothing on this page should be read as one.

Can it tell us who is about to get injured?

No, and it does not pretend to. There is no “the software predicts an injury” here. The watchlist names what moved, what it points at and what to do about it, ranked by how much it matters, and a person decides.

Every entry stays auditable afterwards, which is the part that makes it worth arguing with.

Can we see it running as our own club?

Yes. Book a demo and we will stand a white-label panel up in your crest, your colours and your language. The live demo opens with the credentials our team sends you — a real panel themed as your club, not a recording of somebody else's.

Pricing is set per club.
