About Us
This page exists to tell you who you are dealing with. One company sells Omnisio, and it is named below with the numbers you can check it against. If you take out a membership or order anything from the shop, that company is the seller and the other party to your contract.
1. Who we are
Omnisio is made and sold by a joint stock company registered in Türkiye. These are its registered details.

2. The company behind Omnisio
The company named above does not only make Omnisio. It started in Istanbul in 2022 under the name Oney World, doing financial consultancy work, and the trade name still carries what it began with: financial consultancy, tourism, foreign trade. Six lines of business sit under that name today — finance, foreign trade, tourism, investment, food and beverage, and software.
Omnisio belongs to the software side, which runs under the name Oney Venture: a venture studio building products in artificial intelligence, life and health, travel and hospitality, food and drink, games, learning and sport. Omnisio is one of the products under life and health, and so is Omnisio Workout.
What that means for you in practice: the other party to your membership contract is the company set out in §1 above. The other brands and the other products are not party to it, and everything to do with Omnisio — claims, returns, notices — goes to the address and the e-mail addresses in §1.

3. What we make
One thing, sold one way: an annual Omnisio membership. It is a single price that covers the iPhone app, the Omnisio Band that arrives in the box, and a replacement device for as long as your membership runs. The band is not sold separately and it is not rented to you.
The band reads heart rate every five minutes and HRV every half hour. The app turns that into what you see each morning. It is built for iPhone; an Android version is in preparation and does not exist yet, so a membership is of no use to you without an iPhone.
Memberships are taken out in the iPhone app. Our shop shows the strap and accessory collection for the band; it is not on sale yet, and nothing there can be ordered today. You have 14 days to change your mind about a membership, and we pay for the return — the conditions are set out in §5 of the Terms.
4. What we believe
A measurement that cannot carry a number does not get one. That is the whole of it, and it is the part that costs us something.
On a night with too little data behind it, the app says so instead of producing a score anyway. A feature that cannot clear the thresholds we set for it in advance does not ship, and we publish those thresholds before we have the result — that is what Omnisio Labs is. Shipping a reading and quietly withdrawing it a year later is the easier path and the common one. We would rather tell you there is no reading today.
5. Omnisio Team
Alongside the membership we run a separate product for clubs, gyms and practitioners: Omnisio Team. The athlete keeps the app they already use; the organisation sees the readiness, load and recovery picture behind it. Scope and pricing are agreed per organisation.
6. Reaching us

7. What is deliberately not on this page
No number of members, no number of countries, no employee count, no award, no press mention and no customer testimonial. Not because there is nothing to say, but because we would have to be able to show you the working for each of them, and a figure a company cannot evidence is a figure it should not print. The same rule we apply to a recovery score applies to a page about ourselves.
Omnisio is NOT a medical device. It is a wellness product for general lifestyle use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and neither the app nor the devices used with it hold FDA, CE-MDR or TITCK medical device clearance.
