The device is not in the box. These straps fit an Omnisio Band you already own. The photographs show a strap with the device fitted, because that is how it is worn — the device is not part of what you are buying here.
In the box: one strap. Nothing else.
Black, orange, beige and brown, in the same weave and the same fitting.
A moulded silicone strap for training and for water. It wipes clean, holds its shape and does not stretch out.
One colour across the whole weave, with no pattern in it. Black, beige, orange and brown, in the same textile and the same fitting as the rest.
Woven textile carrying a flat ground and one or two lengthwise bands. Breathes when you sweat, dries fast, does not hold on to smell.
The same weave read the other way: a dark ground cut by diagonal strokes in the accent colour.
Three straps in the Omnisio teal, woven rather than printed, made for us and for nobody else.
The same textile as the wrist straps, cut long enough for the upper arm. Two lengths; the measurement each one fits is written on the product.
Charging
A second charger for the bag or the desk, so the one at home stays where it is.
The Band charges over a magnetic USB contact. The Ring charges wirelessly. They are two different units and one does not stand in for the other.
Omnisio Ring
The Ring is titanium, 5ATM, 8.0 mm wide and 2.70 mm thick, and charges wirelessly. It is not being sold today and it has no price yet — these three places are held for it so you can see what is coming, not so you can queue for it. We are not taking orders, deposits or reservations.
Warranty
These are two different things and we keep them apart on purpose. The first is a commitment we make. The second is a right you have whether we write it down or not.
Device: one year, and on top of that, replacement for as long as your membership runs.
Straps, textile and silicone: the statutory period.
Not covered: damage caused by use outside the product's intended use — impact, cuts, solvents, deliberate damage, and loss or theft.
Your statutory rights against defective goods are reserved and nothing above reduces them. In Türkiye those rights run for at least two years from delivery under the Consumer Protection Act, and a commercial warranty shorter than that does not replace them. Where the goods fall under the warranty-certificate regulation, a certificate is issued separately — an invoice does not stand in for one.
If your delivery address is outside Türkiye, your own country's consumer law applies and may give you more.
Questions
No. A strap is a strap. It fits an Omnisio Band you already have. The device only ever comes with a membership.
Because that is how a strap is worn, and hiding it would make the product harder to recognise. What you buy on this page is the strap alone.
Textile straps come in S/M and L/XL. The exact wrist measurements for each are not published yet — do not order on a guess until they are.
Because the device ships on day one. A monthly price would mean showing you a number you cannot actually pay, so we show the annual one and the monthly equivalent next to it.
Your first term runs thirteen months instead of twelve, with no condition attached. After that it renews on a twelve-month cycle.
Today the band is read by the iPhone app. An Android version is in preparation and we are not giving it a date — do not buy on the strength of it.
The price includes delivery, and your order ships from a warehouse in your own country, so there is no customs charge and no import duty for you to pay. We ship worldwide, and countries open one at a time. Whether yours is open today is confirmed at the payment step, before an order is formed, and the European Union is closed until the product registrations required there are complete. Iran and North Korea are excluded outright, because sanctions do not allow us to serve them. We do not give a delivery date — we would rather leave that open than name a day we might miss.
Yes. The withdrawal period is shown before you pay, never after. Return shipping is not asked of you at all — we arrange the return and we pay for it, and that does not change when we name a carrier.
