Compare

Compare. Then choose the one that fits how you live.

Everyone who reads a page like this is trying to answer a question about their own body, not to settle an argument between two companies. The useful question is never which product has the longer feature list. It is which one fits the way you actually live.

So these are written as decisions rather than verdicts. Each one ends with choose the other if…, choose Omnisio if…, and each one carries a section naming what Omnisio does not do.

How things are compared here

Omnisio's own promise is narrow on purpose: one clear answer every morning, measured against you rather than against a stranger's average, and no invented score on a night that could not be read. A page that quietly widened that promise in order to win a comparison would have spent the only thing the promise is worth.

So there are three rules on every page in this section. Nothing about another product is written from memory — each claim is taken from that company's own published pages, dated, and linked at the bottom. Nothing about Omnisio is written that this site does not already say. And anything that could not be verified is left out, with a note saying so, rather than filled in from a plausible guess.

There is a fourth, which is really the first: we are not going to characterise someone else's product beyond what they publish themselves. Their own site is the place for that. What these pages do is put two published records side by side and say which questions the difference between them actually answers.

None of the products named in this section is a medical device, Omnisio included. None of them diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and no page here compares them as though they did.

The three comparisons

Three products, chosen because they are the ones people are most often already wearing when they arrive. The links are in the rail beside this section. If one of them is ever named there without a link under it, that is because its page is not written yet — a name is a better answer than a URL nobody serves.

Omnisio and WHOOP
Devices, sleep, recovery, training, the longevity readings on both sides, phone support, and what a year costs — with the six WHOOP claims we could not verify listed rather than guessed at.
Omnisio and Oura
Ring versus band, Sleep and Readiness scores, membership pricing in your own currency — and the correction most searches still get wrong: the current ring is Ring 5, not Ring 4.
Omnisio and Polar
Two screen-free bands, one real difference: Loop is bought once, Omnisio's Band comes with a membership — stated plainly rather than dressed up as a feature either way.

If you already wear something else

Comparing is easier when switching does not mean starting from nothing. Omnisio reads the official export files from WHOOP, Oura, Garmin and Apple Health. They are read on your own phone, every value traces back to a row in your file, and where your old device recorded nothing, Omnisio records nothing — an import is never smoothed or gap-filled to look complete. One control removes all of it again if you change your mind.

Which is also the honest version of what a comparison page is for. You are not being asked to believe a table. You are being given two published records and the means to keep your own history whichever way you go.

What these pages are not

The product names used in this section belong to their respective owners and appear here for one purpose only: to say which product is being described. None of these pages is an official or endorsed comparison, and Omnisio has no partnership, affiliation or certification arrangement with any company named in them.

There are no ratings here, no testimonials, no member counts and no benchmark we ran ourselves. Every figure on these pages is either Omnisio's own published one or the other company's, carrying the date it was read — because wearable pricing and tiering change often enough that an undated number is close to useless.

And nothing here is medical. Omnisio is a wellness product for general lifestyle use, and every comparison drawn in this section stays inside that.

One membership. The band is in the box.

Omnisio is on the App Store for iPhone, with the Android app coming to Google Play. The membership is annual, the band comes with it and delivery is included, and you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind.
